Q&A FOR REALTORS
- Are Your 3D Tours Compliant With the MLS?
- I Sold My Property. What Do I Do With the iGUIDE Now?
- How Long Does An iGUIDE Last For?
- Do You Provide Marketing Materials?
Yes, we provide both a branded and unbranded link to your 3D Tour. Please check your MLS policy for using branded vs. unbranded virtual tours.
Congratulations! Pat yourself on the back.
Shoot us an email, let us know the property address that has sold and we will lock the 3D Tour.
1 year or until the property is sold.
If you purchase full ownership rights of the tour, you may host the tour on your website in perpetuity.
If you commit to using an iGUIDE for every listing for one year, we are more than happy to provide you:
- Assets to add to your website
Q&A FOR LANDLORDS/VACTION RENTAL OWNERS
- How Long Does The iGUIDE Last?
- Do I own the photos and video?
- Can I Use the Video/Photos/3D Tour When Selling the Property?
- What Vacation Rental Property Sites Can List Videos/3D Tours?
The iGUIDE lasts for one year.
We suggest that all landlords and vacation rental owners purchase the full rights to the iGUIDE, photos and video.
We license the video/photos to you to be used to advertise on vacation property rental listing sites or rental listing sites (Craigslist, Zillow, Ithacarents, etc). This license lasts 1 year and is non-transferable.
So if you sell the property and the new owner wants to use our videos/photos/3D Tour, they’ll need to purchase the same license to advertise the property.
If you’d like to take full ownership of the video and photos to use for any other purpose, you may take ownership by paying an additional $200 or 5% of the total fee (whichever is greater) for each shoot.
Matterport tour operators generally charge $30-$50/year to host their tours after the first year.
No, unless you or your agent purchases full ownership of the videos/photos. Then you and your realtor may use all assets during the sale of your property.
You may purchase full ownership of your videos/photos in our booking portal.
Otherwise, you may not use our video/photos/3D Tours to aide in the sale of your property.
VRBO allows videos to be posted directly on the listing. 3D Tours no, but we can get around it.
Currently, Airbnb does not allow videos nor outside 3D Tours to be posted directly on listings. We have gotten around it by mentioning VIDEO TOUR/3D Tour in the title and describing how to search for them in listing’s description. This method has proven to be effective and will not get blocked by Airbnb.
We expect that Airbnb listings will allow videos in the future.
